All Seiko Mod watches come with a **12 month warranty** from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch mechanism, but does not cover the following:
- Normal wear, scratches on the watch case, glass or strap
- Damages resulting from improper use
- Errors caused by external intervention, improper servicing or conversion

If you feel that your watch has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service with the **order number** and **short description of the problem**. The watch must be presented at the place of purchase or returned by post if the on-site solution is not possible. All warranty repairs or replacements are carried out by our expert watchmakers.

Strap adjustment and clasp disassembly instructions - for Seiko Mod watches

In order to fit your Seiko Mod watch comfortably on your wrist, it may sometimes be necessary to adjust the strap size. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Belt adjustment:
• Grab a screwdriver of the correct size (usually a precision screwdriver is required).
• Look at the belt and look for the screws holding the eyes together.
• Carefully unscrew the screws until you have removed the required number of eyes from the strap.
• After adjusting the belt to the correct length, tighten the screws securely to keep the belt stable.
